Learning Collaboratives

A Trauma-Informed Care Organizational Learning Collaborative is a structured, team-based program designed to help organizations adopt and integrate trauma-informed principles.

Through a reflective and co-creative process with expert guidance, participants work to transform their policies, practices, and environments. The goal is to build culturally responsive, healing spaces that empower both staff and the people they serve, thereby helping the organization achieve its objectives more successfully.
